You are invited to join us for a relaxed, fun, informative, hands-on day to learn about the residential and commercial specialty cleaning business. This is the best way to explore and demo all of our specialty equipment including SkyVac, Ionic Systems, Mosmatic, Mytee and more.

We also take requests BEFORE the class to cover any specific topics that you would like to deep-dive on. At the end of the day we have 1X1 instruction available.

Sometimes we have special guests join our training days. This includes specialists who have years of experience in these businesses and some select manufacturer reps whom we've partnered with to provide specialized products for our field.

We do charge a minimal fee to reserve a seat for this class; however, if you decide to pursue any of the opportunities and purchase equipment then we deduct that fee from your purchase price. We offer exclusive bundled discount pricing for attendees and plenty of time AFTER the training day to make a well-informed decision.

Lunch is served!

There's absolutely NO high-pressure sales. We don't want anybody rushing into these opportunities without making a well-informed decision.

All reservations are non-refundable...we hold the seat for you till the very end: however, if you need to re-schedule for a future class we can do so with 48 hour notice.

The Training Day fee includes up to 2 guests from the same organization. When you checkout please email us the name and email address for the additional attendee who will be joining you.

If you are driving in:

We are located right off HWY 1. You can see our facility from the highway. Take exit 69A and turn right onto N Horner Blvd toward US-421 South. In .3 miles turn left into our facility. We are the middle door under the red awning.

If you are flying in:

There are two airports within reasonable distance from us.

Raleigh/Durham Airport (RDU)

John Brantley Blvd, Morrisville NC 27560. This airport is approximately a 39 minute drive (43 miles) to reach our facility.

Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO)

1000A Ted Johnson Pkwy, Greensboro, NC 27409. This airport is approximately 1 hour drive (67 miles) to reach our facility.

Lodging in Sanford:

We do NOT recommend the Days Inn, 1217 N Horner Blvd (2 min, .6 mi drive from our facility). Bad, bad reviews.

If you fly in to RDU you may want to consider staying at a hotel close to the airport. There are many selections and then you can drive in to Sanford in the morning before class starts. We will finish our day around 4-5PM and you could drive back to your hotel that evening. Sometimes customers will stay after-hours. We will stay as long as needed to give you 1x1 time after the event.

We highly recommend The Angus Barn for dinner. it is located very close to the RDU Airport. 

  • CEO & Founder, Garrett McAlister

    Entrepreneurship started early. Garrett began his journey in grade school where he sold candy on the school bus. In college he started a t-shirt company and after graduation a small chain of candy stores.

    Later he worked for a Fortune 500 technology company holding various roles in sales, channels, project management and business intelligence. This spanned 16 years, while also running a large eBay business selling cars & other stuff online. This eventually led to opening a local car dealership, still on the side.

    In 2016 he left corporate life and opened the master distributorship for SkyVac® USA & Canada, eventually adding The Mosmatic Professional, Ionic Systems USA and other niche cleaning brands to this international portfolio. 

    Clean Direct® was incorporated in 2019 and has become the "umbrella" brand representing multiple manufacturers in the specialty cleaning industry. All of this has been built on a unique online selling platform called Clean Direct®.

    Clean Direct's goal is to become the #1 specialty cleaning source in North America. We serve professional cleaners and facility managers.

  • Shipping Manager, Jimmy Barefoot

    Jimmy spent 16 years self-employed in the shipping industry. He owned and operated a local Ship and Pack center with moving trucks. Before that he worked 9 years in a large transportation center, managing logistics and shipping.

    One of the most important aspects of today's sales program is an effective, timely & efficient shipping operation. Jimmy raises the bar on logistics quality. He coordinates hundreds of freight shipments and thousands of small parcel packages a year. He also manages inventory and warehousing.

  • Independent Services Consultant, Pete Owens

    Pete has a unique gift of being able to fix anything. 

    With a background in design, mechanics, carpentry and a whole bag of other talents, Pete takes on service & specialty projects as an independent consultant.

    If you have an issue with one of your products it's likely Pete will troubleshoot and help you on your way.

    Not many people know this but Pete is an avid collector of Matchbox cars and in his spare time uses 3D printing to build miniature models.

  • Independent Sales Specialist, Nick Paluzzi

    Nick spent many years as a professional musician. He also owned a services business and has a background in engineering.

    Now he specializes in cleaning solutions for many types of organizations across North America. He is a specialist in SkyVac®, Ionic Systems and Mosmatic products.

  • Kim Little

    Kim has owned and operated Clear Carolina Window Cleaning for 20 years. He offers a ton of knowledge and experience to the window cleaning industry. He specializes in Ionic Systems.
